Aeros Shono Hiroshyma and I have attempted to upgrade the account ZanderX which was banned due to credt card fraud. We did everything right and went to www.graalonline.com/shop/fraud . That was over a week ago... whats going on?

I have had that same problem.
I sent Stefan an E-mail and he was able to do it for me. =D

Don't you have to contact unixmad or stefan personally so they can hand check the payment to make sure it isn't a fraud again?

It would be silly if the account was disabled for cc fraud and then you could just use another stolen cc number to re-enable it until it get's disabled again, and then repeat the process.
