PW Rules?

Alright, Can someone from the PW Administration team explain the rules for PW's to follow, if any...
Also, if there was levels uploaded by a Staff a long time ago, say 2 years, are they still propety of the Server?

Jinx 04-03-2002 03:38 AM

I'm not on the PW Administration, but I know where you need to look.

Let Me Explain what I want... I Wanted The PW Rules For Servers That Are Already Up :(

Milkdude99 04-03-2002 10:51 AM

I would kinda like the answer to that myself since the rules have been shifting around alot with this Admin in and then out HRO in and then out , a little confusing on what is what anymore. I mean a new Graal Admin comes in makes positions like HRO so ok we settle in with that , then they are out and for that matter I haven't a clue who is GM is anymore is it still Zorro or what?I mean we Owners never get an email of who is what I mean **** we don't always come to these Forums and some Owners can't because they have no P2P so SOMEBODY NEEDS to come up with something to let the PW Owners know what is going on , it makes me mad as hell to not know who is in charge or in charge of what, We can always run to Stefan for things that can be taken care of on a lower level and should be. So does ANYONE in GRAAL ADMIN have a clue of what is what ? If so..... do tell it would be nice to know....:(

Moon God, get on N-Pulse I have Moonie hostage and I have some demands :) XD

Bah, Unixmad said ther getting a new programer and a new GM, so I think were without one for now...
I also think that playerworlds make their own rules, but how can we when we have to follow the policy and code of conduct =/

Well I did just that although 95% are the Graal Rules and at the bottom is the Staff rules , which all Staff are to read and follow to the letter. Check them out and let me know what you guys think of them, Most are unchanged for the past year , but some were upgraded when Graal updated theirs....

I work 14 to 16 hours a day during the week so I seldom am on during the week unless it is an emergency.....

I don't really see any other rules you would have to follow along the lines of the already placed conduct rules..

The owner should have the right to ban whomever they please, and in turn the players have the right to complain about owners banning for stupid reasons.

If the owner bans someone because they don't like them personally, then the person that got banned can report it to stefan, and the pw would look bad. Therefore, all pw owners should know how to run their pw properly and know the rules.

I disagree with that; they should ONLY be banned for hacking or repeat offenses for the same thing , like profanity or harressment things like that which are covered in the rules , banning is a extreme measure and should be treated as such and not just a way to get rid of someone who just annoys you.Jailing should be used for minor offenses and not out right banning for profanity or hassement (to a certain degree). It should be the last resort not the first unless it is hacking then it IS the first for us, no warnings on hacking.

that's konidias wants to talk about... well it's up for the PW owner about the banning and stuff..., but if they does it unjusticely (well you know what i mean hopefully) they're the one who'll get blamed...

Its not just up to the PW owner, because if he was drunk and a complete idiot, he might just hire 18029 GPs.

there are not more then one owner, so I don't know what you ment by they.

Banning is for punishment usually over 5 days.
It is also for Hacking, Using Trainers, Excessive Profanity, Mass Messaging links to illegal sites, such as Porngraphic sites, or sites that show "Lolita or Pre-teens", and also promoting te use of drugs =)

well it's up for the owner to do anything, but if they do something wrong, they would be blamed... (they for many playerworld owners)

Every owner has his own definition of when someone should be banned.

Not really if you follow the Graal rules it is somewhat clear what to be banned for or as the rules state it "locked out" which I see as banning . Either way yes I agree some are vague on the meaning and left up to whoever interperts them , which is good and bad , it needs to be Clear and the same on all servers . If you guys would look at our "rules" which is what we go by; you will see what I see as running by the Guidelines of the Graal rules . And I would like some comments on them to what you think and why.
the link is in a previous post.
