house looks nice but the level over all is way to plain needs more detail and possible some sort of lighting effects if its for p2p

First of all levels that are p2p dont have to have lighting effects on them I hate when people think that :(

i know i am not done i am working for my new server Criven.

Make the cliff less straight, add more detail, make the path more interesting, make the house less symetrical... And as for light effects, if that is p2p, and that is the starting house... you should add light effects, but only in places they'll look good, it makes a good "first impression" on the players if the first level they enter has some spiffy eye candy... kinda like Faheria's onlinestartlocal with the stars and stuff

lighting effects look good so you should have them if they are p2p but not if they dont fit in well with the surroundings

Criven will not be p2p because the only servers that people play that are p2p is 2001. So it will be better for it to be non p2p.

i like it.. just that i see many tile errors on the dirt road and water thingies

Nice start. Add some more detail to the level and it will probably look really good. I like how you did the house.
