New options for serveroptions.txt:

bushitems=false
baddyitems=false
healswords=true
npccontrols=Stefan,Stefan2,...

The first three options are available for all
servers.
With the bushitems option you can turn off
gralats/arrows/bombs laid down when you
destroy a bush,
baddyitems is the same for when killing
baddies,
healswords is for allowing/disallowing
heal swords (power<0)

The last option only works for the npcserver,
but cannot be used yet because at this time
only I can change it, I need to change the
npcserver to read the serveroptions.txt
(will be done very soon). It is for allowing
other people access to the npcserver
instead of just high admins
