Tracker-Classic idea-(the server)

For the graals, we should make a tracker npc that opens up the map and shows you the current location of the white or black graals,(or as me and some other idiot say, Stevey and bobs)

but the catch is it should only be able to use once in every so often and it doesnt display people on the map it just displays the graals...
