What is wrong with it? All it shows it the dates people registered, a list of members so you can PM them if need be and the top posters.

I believe it helps in the promotion of spam, just to get onto the Top 15 posters, or to get higher on the Top 15 Posters

I suppose that is probably true. A sad truth, but a truth nonetheless. It's too bad though.

The only reason I used the member list for was to send PMs when I wasn't sure how to spell the persons name.

I'll never get to see if I got past 9th place...

Unixmad should have the personal title "Big Brother" like from the 1984 book ;d

but i dont the the difference in posts posted when the member list is still on. people still spam alot now.

But it was a primary drive for some people.

Now that incentive is gone.
