I greatly dislike the interface for it, it feels like im handicapped with how big the buttons on NeoPaints look are

why do you need a program to do effects for you, when graphics makers like yourself should be able to do them on your own in MS-Paint

can you teach me had to set transparencies in that program?
I made one but I think I did it backwards because it was all black when I reopened it.
