Suggestions :
Make the letters brighter, so they are more visible.
Fix up some of those sharp edges on the letters and those little triangular shape blocks.

I think the sharp edges came cuz i saved it as a jpeg then to a png...

More Suggestions :
Try not to make it that much 3d.
Put some fancy font or some cool font down in a pic, with the letters CMS.
Then put some gfx behind / around it to spruce it up.
Dunno though, its your guild.

Make it more 'creative', you can make stuff like that in ten seconds on psp with the light effects
