1. Get a pair of pants from your drawer.
2. Make a couple of cuts in them and put patches on them.
3.Auction them on eBay as "The pants Justin from N'Sync wore when he was 10-13 years old."
4.Repeat until you are a millionare. (Which shouldn't take more than two hours.)

TIP: If you don't have any pants, shirts and stuff will do good as well. Or, you can just bite into a piece of toast, say one of the Moffat's bit into it, and let the money roll in.
