I think we should have
a Swear Free Graal. I am
sick of all this swearing
at each other. I think Stefan
should HardCode in a thing
to where if a player says
something like if someone says
like "f*ck" or something it like
makes it invisible or it makes
the sentence or just if it is a
word say nothing. Like lets
say someone said "f*ck" it
would be like this "" but with-
out the quotes. Who agrees?

you would automaticly have it.

Filters are easy to get around by using special characters and such.

It should also be able to turn the filters off at times, so that players who don't mind profanity could still see it.

I don't mind profanity. Profanity's been around for a long time.

See you, like many others donnot understand profanity, it is just a word to get a piont accross, so what if it says f*ck instead of ****. The general idea is still the same it doesn't change anything at all. I donnot see any piont whatsoever.

Or filters like if you swear it doesn't show the message and doesn't let you speak or send PMs for 10 seconds.

Stefan no offense but i think taht idea is truly bad because of one reason: who would spend the time to view all the cursing and ban the players? New admins? Baah.

i do, swearing isnt just a thing i do to piss people off, it is a part of life, it will always be around, you cannot hide./run/kill it, ever.

Well, actually, when most adults grow up and stop being childish, they'll find other ways to deal with problems than swearing, which they think might make people go away. That's the only reason they do it, they have no other defense against the world.

I don't mind swearing. Well, the only swearing I do mind is Twiztid and his gang's where they constantly say rude things over and over. I swear all the time, just not excessively.

for the most part swearing isn't out of hand on Graal so... I don't think it's such a big deal. There are bigger problems in Graal that need to be addressed, not censorship

I already made the script so when you swear it go like this(B*tch = ^$@$#) . It really works. I gave Stefan the scripts , but he didn't want to do it. So I am guessing it not going to be a Swear Free graal.........

Geez, we may as well take out the swords and all other signs of hostility in Graal. That means: take out almost all NPC weapons except for the ones that heal, no bombs, no arrows, no swords, no use for shields, no fire (seriously), no Graal CS, no Capture the Flag (you have to hit someone in that game to get the flag back), no nothing.

Anyway, that may have nothing else to do with this, so I'll go on.

people swear way to much I liked graal because it was rather well.....there were some mature players that dont just swear randomly then twizted and the whole dark lotus came >.<
