You need more Payment methods not just Pay Pal!

PayPal is slow for people outside the USA but I already had this conversation with Unixmad and Stefan and they both say they use PayPal because they press charges against people using fake credit cards where as there old payment method didnt. PayPal is one of the few internet payment companys that can afford to charge people using fake credit cards so i doubt you will find anymore.

I agree with your general suggestion - now provide a specific solution! What, checks? Money orders? Something for which Unixmad can charge $50 for bounced checks? Find a company that does that and I'll forward it to the head honcho - in the meantime, PayPal is open 24/7. As Gord would say, Door's on your left.

They could impliment some kind of add bar, that is docked at the top of your screen, and puts up a new popup ever 2 minutes, forcing unsuspecting players to click the adds, lol. But then, no one would play graal, lol.

Pay Pal sucks, I try to upgrade my account and I have to go through all this registration bullshit... I'm not even going to bother.

Yes, I had to fill out all my account information and credit card details. Wait 6 weeks for my monthly credit card statement to come through so i could get the activation code of it before I could buy P2P. The idea of internet is it is ment to be quick, waiting 6 weeks with no p2p just takes the p*ss

Why can't you just send cash? You know, money? Problem is, Canadians get the cold shoulder from Cyberjoueur, and it's not put how much in Canadian dollars it costs. They should have a table showing how much it costs in different currencies, and have it so you can send cash, but no, unforunately, logic is put down.

A new ppayment method would be good.
But finding one that works is a different matter.

Fine. Find an automated system that will take checks, won't charge more than PayPal, and protects Unixmad from fraud, and I'll get it integrated one way or another.

Let's not go bringing up last year now.

It rocked, it was quick, easy and worked good. But they removed it because of too much credit card fraud and that means I'm not upgrading. I refuse to use paypal.

So get PayBox to change their policy of passing losses from credit card fraud to the company rather than challenging it...

Seriously people, let's talk options. What else is there? You can't have anonymity and security, and Unixmad isn't going to give up security...

We could personally go to Unixmad, give him some euro bills and then watch him upgrade our accounts ;P

See, that'd work on a very small scale, but Unixmad's all about scalability. He can't do that with 5000 accounts a day, which is what he's really aiming for. ^_~

He could make his own system of accepting credit cards, though I guess people wouldn't trust him with it.

Looks like all of you have had bad experiences with PayPal...I wish more places had it. I had my Paypal setup in under 10 minutes and I am loving it still.
