Umm..I don't know what caused the problem, but you can use the swamp UG lake entrance.

It looks like it's no bug at all.

It seems as if you're graal is lagged. If you look at the boat that is at the bottom, you'll notice that it has no structure and is just ugly. If it had the NPC then it would look better.

So it just looks like he has some serious lag. :(

the reason the boat at the bottom is all screwed is because he hasn't entered that level yet. NPCs don't show up untill you enter that level. that happens to me too an I'm on DSL :\
