He dont understand that i had 1 heart and got a fireball on me that takes 1 heart, he still says you sould pause!

The police didn't witness him PKing you. For all he knows, you could be lying, and someone could be UNFAIRLY JAILED. You have to provide SOLID EVIDENCE he PKed you or we can just sit here and laugh.

Then you're supposed to suck it up and take it like a man and not launch an unholy crusade against DragonX because he offered useful advice and refused to jail someone that supposedly PKed you with no liable proof.

If you PK/attack any staff you are to be jailed. If someone were hired as staff they obviously would be trustworthy enough to tell the truth. Penchoo should have been jailed for a few min in time jail. If he did it on accident then that’s different, if they come straight for you and attack you when no one is around and keep doing it they are PKing you. Rules are rules.

No it wassnt with accident, he got liek 10 AP then he went and PKed soemoen else.

Staff is not allowed to PK players, but now your saying players are allowed to PK staff? Boy do we get **** on.

You get the power to jail. Hurray, yippee, woo hoo. In return, people endlessly PM you saying "SO AND SO STOLE MY ROCKS JAIL HIM" or "SO AND SO PKED ME JAIL HIM."

Being a police is not peaches and cream.

You got killed. In a game. It's not that big a deal. You lost maybe 12 gralats and about 1.4 seconds of time.

It doesn't matter if people witness it, thats not enough evidence now is it?

Wow and the FAQ job is any easier? I have done more work as a FAQ than I bet 2 police together have. I don't mind because I enjoy it and I enjoy helping people. But when I am on my tag I follow the rules and I will make sure others do.

I bet if we brought Penchoo in here and asked if he PKed him, he would say 'yea it was fun!' ATTACKING STAFF IS ILLEGAL! Simple as that. Your telling us that FAQ word is **** and that people can PK any staff but Police because we can't trust them? Why are they staff if you can't trust them?

You try being a police officer and tell me how hard your job is compared to theirs.

I don't deny that Penchoo, very likely, could have killed Gastly, but the fact is it's just a death in a game. You either react or you die proudly, you don't go whining to the police and annoy them, telling them you're going to get them fired. That's how you get on the bad side of a police and gives you a much weaker opprotunity of getting any help the next time you're in trouble.

Staff are just players with a few special powers. That shouldn't exempt them from being PKed. I've PKed Birdbird before, and I haven't gotten jailed. It doesn't interrupt your work, it doesn't end the world, it gives you another tick on the death counter and the occasional loss of a few gralats.

I'm going to attempt to get that rule removed. It's un-necessary. There is water and a pause button for a reason.

I suppose I started off the argument on a bad foot with the evidence bit, and I apologize. Still, the fact remains that staff shouldn't be put under special amendment that allows them to walk around freely and jail anyone that attacks that.

Thats fine your opinion is that the rule shouldn't be there, BUT IT IS. Gastly wouldn't need to threaten dragons job if dragon did his job and followed the rules. What dragon did was base the rules on his opinion. Some staff just let it pass them by when they are attacked, others will jail the person. I give the person one warning, then I will talk to the police. I have never had problems getting someone jailed for it. Dragon is new, he needs to learn that his opinions of the rules are not the rules.

Nobody should be fired or is bad in this, both sides just need to be talked to so that they know next time.

People expect staff to go on a full investigation over ONE DEATH. This is not their job. They have to have proof or have seen it happen. You can't expect anything more from DragonX, as a matter of fact, I think he handled that situation well.

You're the one blowing a gasket and yelling at him, threatening to get him fired over something as mediocre as him not jailing someone for killing you one time.

I think this thread is rather childish and it seems you have too much time on your hands if you're spending it logging conversations that make you look like an ass.

If you choose not to jail someone for PKing you, while on tag -- that is your decision. Does not mean others want to do it your way.
