Yeah, GuildCP Pubnotes is broken. Unixmad would fix it, but he's busy defending the copyright while working on G2K2. Bhala would fix it but he was never checked out for that access level. The webmistress would fix it but she doesn't know PHP and is too busy translating the site into spanish. The PHP guy would fix it if he existed, apparently such is not yet the case.

HAHAHA Shows the current state of Graal, its all started going to hell since Unixmad decided he was the only one who deserved power and dropped most of the global RCs to level 1. Before he did that it may of been corrupt but atleast things got done....now look at it, everyone either doesnt have the power to do anything or those that do have the power are either to lazy/or to in-experianced to do anything
