Since no would help, I made my own straw roof

and it only took 4 hours. x.x
I would like to know what I should add to make it look better, I know the back needs to be fixed up.

It's looks alright. I've always pictured straw roofs as more 'straw like' though.
The straw in your's is too uniform, if it was more chaotic, with straw hanging over the edge, going in different directions, etc. Then I think it'd look like a better straw roof.

That roof looks a whole lot better when you have it over the stone. It looks pretty good!
