Ok I got my dad to upgrade this account 2 days ago and its still ban, I want my refund OR activate my account NOW.

Maybe an E-mail to the accounts administrator would work better than yelling on the bugs forum?

Haha after unixmad went through all the global staff and dropped them to level 1 I dont think there are many account admins left to help you.
