Diving

i believe that humans should be able to dive

and like maybe after a minute or so, then they will automatically surface or something

Screw surfacing, make them beable to dive, and have snipers, and shoot bomys...

I don't think it would be wise to take away another thing from the bomy race.

they can do almost everything we can

and have some other ones we dont too, so what would it matter

No no no, see Humans can do almost everything Bomys can. Bomys can't wear hats, Mine, Bake Bread/Pie, play in almost all events, etc.
