Birdbird said we dont need them anymore.

I think disagree with him and think he made a bad decision.
In time I hope he sees this also.

If you ask me about I will ignore you.
The matter only makes me mad.
So I will avoid it.

You can ask any of the RC's (if they ever answer) from now on if you need a reset.

Even though the RCs are stuck up and rarely answer PMs (not to mention they ALWAYS have their names as "dnd"), THAT'S PERFECTLY OKAY!

Ask any RC? That would put more work on all the other staff members. If ART was still around, we would need more that rotate through all the playerworlds. =\

i take that back.... Marle reseted my account a few days ago :) so thats 3times in 6months

I always thought ART was a good idea.
Yes it was in a very bad state a few months ago when I needed my account reset because there were never any on but since Wing and Marle were hired it seemed to be doing fine and there was at least one of them on quite regurly.
I had to have SK reset my account but I do agree that most admins (not all) don't answer the player or take an extremly long time to answer. Yes they may be busy but they can't all be busy. However getting to the point I dont think ART should have been deleted.

Birdbird what you are doing is just taking away time from the other admins. Graal 2001 will have less updates now. Because instead of finish a script and adding a level SK and Falados etc now have to do the dirty work of answer pm's and checking market bugs that ART and Bugs ADmin etc used to do.

Hey Marle and Lamer and ART this is how graal will reward you with all your hard work. So on part of Graal Online good job for wasting your time for them so they can give their power to a select few who already have 10 other jobs to do with their rc.

I did prefer that over the A.
You didn't have to wait on a player getting on.
Just get on the site, enter the info and then you were reset.
The only problem of that was if you were in jail it let you out. Thats why it was deleted if my memory servers me correct.

boy what a great way for a great company to run a game with no ways to reset your account only to wait to get an RC to do something. Good Job Unix and Staff you are doing a great job

I never thought that ART was needed. Most of the time, there are enough other RCs on. Don't come with this "they are always dnd" crap, it's just not true.

Of course it's always sad to need to fire an admin, but sometimes it's necessary...

If you want a reset, i just rightclick your name and press reset. I am just on DnD to prevent people somewhat from going

Not to start fights with people who agree with me and people who dont.

ARS was grat. Back in the day when I was neew to Graal I would resetmy account a whole bunch because I messed up badly (but back then, I didn't know unstick me could get you out of a messed up spot :p )
But it was great, entered my info, 2 minutes later it was all reset. We need that back again
