Bird mafia disbanded?
 

I heard TBM was disbanded.... and I also heard the reason was because of lack of members...... hah

Anyways, whats the deal on this? I heard it from my friend in RL whos been friends with bird for a while (DarkDracoX)

The reason it got disbanded is because "Idiots got in somehow." the owner of TBM said.

it wasn't managed very well. They just let anyone in who made a birdname or bird head and payed archowl 1k :rolleyes:

Yes, the idiot part is true. I witnessed a Bird Mafia attack on Karakaze (by the way, Bird Mafia was allied with them) and the Bird Mafia (especially Madmartigan, he was really ecstatic) was yelling

and things like

Madmartigan is a stupid, immature idiot who thinks he's great at levels and is SO mature when he's exactly the opposite.

I've never talked to the guy, but I've seen the way he's acted.

You guys have no idea (not everyone, just a few people) what you're talking about. You're just going along with what you've heard about them. I was in some RPs with TBM, and they didn't do anything stupid like pause and respawn. What really messed up the RPing was The Plague. They ran in and messed everything up all the time.

That sounds nothing like Madmartigan.

People were not let in because they wore a Bird head. Most of the members were tested to see if they can RP, and had to give their RPing story to Madmartigan.

You "guy" have no idea what a real roleplay is.

Idiots got in TBM because Madmartigan did not listen to anyone. I told him not to recruit Don Incognito with the account Retared. Common sense... He did it anyway. He recruiting Dragaeris or however the hell you spell his name.... Bad call

He kept massing about he has so money money and he is so good blah blah blah...

Yeah, I would definatly say that in the last week the recruiting was terrible. Archowl did a good job.. after he was fired the idiots flowed in like illegal aliens would from the Mexican border

IMO, Bird did a bad job.
What kind of a guild only means to let in 3-4 people?!
People wanted to join, and Bird was hardly on, therefore MadMartigan was the guilds only recruiter.
The guild went downhill when Arch got fired.

i did let a few people in for 300g, anyways they were tested like anyone else, just that they were rich/annoying :p I know its no excuse, I know I know, blame me all you want

I also had a few rules that I applied the 1000g thing to because they obviously couldnt understand "You cannot RP well, you use improper grammar."

No usage of "u" "r" "y" or "ur" as words
No massing constantly about market deals/deals with your tag on
Must RP
Must not have an overused non rp name
Must not have name spelled with symbols(if the person rped well then I would add then as their name but spelled w/o symbols)
Must not toguild about deals
Must have something about a bird/mafia thing about them
And constantly asking/pming/whatever'ing me would get them ignored

Obviously these rules were cancelled/ignored as soon as madmartigan was put in charge.... because seeing as how scream and razor were added, well :rolleyes:

I have a very good idea of what an RP is, I'm just not very good at it =) I know what a real RP is like. I know TBM weren't the best, but they could RP much better then most guilds.

It doesn't matter. I do know it had a bunch of dashes in it and that automatically makes the name not an acceptable role-playing one. Plus the massing... just added to make it worse

I had it on when I was in TBM, it just removed the hat from my hat selection, but not from my char :P

and on another note I had actually closed the recruiting because we had enough members and this is somethign I toguilded as well so those who where on will beable to validate it. At the same time I was trying to find the account names of idiots that Archowl let in like Phoenix to name a few as some one so delicatly put it.

That was actually smart of BirdBird. What he did is what every advertisement marketer gets paid for.

BirdBird created a hype for his guild with only 3-4 members. EVERYONE WANTED IN. Thus, TBM gained a semi-respect before the guild reached 5 members.

Oh Phoenix(AKA Draco, Phoenix is his ROLEPLAYING name) is alot smarter than you, he can use commas.

Scream, the person you let in(I might be mistaken though), uses "u" and "r" and "y" and all the other letters as words.
