Trash all the staff and rebuild from the bottom.

I just don't think that all of the staff is bad. Just firing everyone would slow things down too.

ok! New plan! Fire everyone except Shadow Knight, the NPC Admin, and Birdbird_0, the levels admin. There ya go, they're the only ones who ever do any stuff that can't be made in 5 minutes.

It should technically be the all the higher staff (Like Police Chief, etc.) to decide if they would want this. After all, they're the ones who are going to have to sort through all the applications. Why would they fire all the other level makers if the higher staff knew they were doing a good job anyway?
