I got given this document at college today, as soon as I read it, it made me think of one thing -- Graal Online Administration. Read this document carefully, as it may be of use to you, I guess, it applies to most of the Graal staff, not mentioning names here, just read it. Keep this in handy, as it may be of use to you in the future.

Actually my statement was purely sarcasm. I wrote that before you actually reposted the link to the picture.

But I do already believe thats good. I mean obviously it is that way, always has been. Lets see who the haters are because you know with most threads. Someone has to come and hate on things =)

It's like the good vs. evil =) But I do think that document would help graal if people actually adapt that to their work.

Also it needs, "Treat others how you would like to be treated" Even tho a lot of people would be treated poorly if that was a true rule. But it isn't so we can only give suggestions and hope others agree, or disagree.......Everyone is entitled to an opinion =)

yea it is a good paper, and yes some GraalOnline staff DO need to read this... Nem you too, when people talk to you with a problem or a concern you dont ignore them, you PM me them back awnsering thier probem or concern

they pretty much judge the staff and then think if they are good enough or bad enough in their view.

Um... when you're an ART like I am, people will IM you with things like "HEY UNBAN AN ACCOUNT" "UNJAIL ME" "HELP MY THING IS STUCK IN MARKET" and other things I just can't help answer.

I reset accounts. Nothing more. When someone PMs me with something I can't do, I just reply saying "Sorry, I'm just an ART." or just don't reply at all.
