A Graal United Is What We Need.
 

Why cant we unite for just this once. Unixmad is right we dont need all this dispute. I am preaching to everyone and anyone is willing to listen...... Graal needs no more dispute, let us make it's talents shine. Yes maybe what some staff did was wrong, but cant we give unixmad one week to do what he needs to do. By posting complaints or posting petitions you are just stressing him therefore making the time it will take for him to redo the staff system twice as long. Stephane P. has taken a step forward by allowing himself to handle staff. Ever hear of a dynamic and static ip? The way the current staff is running it is incredibly dynamic and things are never getting done because of the radical changes. I remember when i use to log on and there was just rpging. I REMEMBER when I could laugh with my staff and enjoy our work together and with every graalian. If you are strong you will stay, resubscribe, and let unixmad update the staff.

Graal Has A Wonderful Future, Galen is back and maybe with some old staff members they will restore graal.

Let us unite for once, sg111 is trying to hurt graal, and yes they may even have some points but im not getting involved with that.

Here is my suggestion. Let Us Give Unixmad the required time to change the staff system without stressing him.

I'm trying to help Graal by fighting against admins like Contego, and weird new teams and control stuff they shouldn't.

As I said many times, the staff works best when it makes sense

A team leader for every team, that has the privelage and responsibility to hire and fire people for the team

How about no? Stefan can remove Contego, I'm sure there must be another admin above him.

My petition isn't about unixmad. It's just about the fact that we have a shitty GM.

I trust unixmad, just one week , i know you want contego gone but petitions wont help. Noone is just going to remove him, noone has the power to besides 3 people and they are right now redoing the staff.

What if unixmad doesn't even know we want Contego gone?

trust me, hes seen all these posts. He's probably stressed with its current state. I think he knows what the people want and what should be done.

Well, uh, he does.

Since he's made two threads in response to the contego situation and directly replied to posts talking about him...unless unixmad is literally blind, he can't not know.

Everyone needs to stop fighting and wait and see what unixmad does on his own time about the current situation with staff, so I stand by Mr. Bear and I will wait a week and see what happens.

Mr.Bear I dont have any problems when I get on RC :). I'm friends with everyone who has it. We joke around sometimes and have a good time and on Graal I mostly just get on and RP some with my Karakaze fellow members ;).

I guess its just some people who make all this trouble, corrupt staff (in general. people from before and people to come.) hackers (big time. like yesterday I spent the whole time dealing with them and had no time to play :()

You are not scared to let Stephane do what he needs to do, i also look up to you and many others do.

Stephane and Stefan can do whatever they need/want to do. Wether we like it or not. Its their game and if they think it will help the game in general than I am all for it.

Duh, I really dont see a need for the petition. If there reorganizing the staff or solving problems or whatever and just need time to do it, they can just ignore the forums untill they do what they want to do.

I can only wait and watch. I have no say.

Although I seriously don't know a lot of what's going on...

Most people think that what Unixmad does isn't good and that he is bad, I think completely oposite (sp?) Unix is working as hard as he can for Graal and trying to keep it good, I would gladly give him my trust that in a week, a month, any amount of time, that he could make graal a better place for all
