Forum bars under name?

What are the bars under peoples names for (hp,mp,exp)?

Is it just some new post count thing or is it some kind of game (like IGNs)?

i think its quite cool. before i was in Graal, at RPGMPavilion.net's forums they had a ranking system a bit like this. THIS one is MUCH betta!!!
