I was making some levels to day and i went to go put in a npc so when i did it put it way off in the corner of the level and i tried moving it and it said
" cannot use variant string" or something like that

Try switching the # variable to half it's normal flow. This is a common problem that hurts the editor by the NPCs script being used too quickly and results in such an error.
