Who cares about hours? if he is a good Police, he has every right to stay a Police. That is all that really matters.

ive been on vacation for a few days so i havent seen his performance

alkaiser... shouldnt of even been hired, imo the 150 hour limit should be changed to something like 200 :\

because only people that will play 2001 for a while should be police, and most people quit at 200, so if your playing beyond 200 that probably means youll be playing for a while

i totally agree with you with the hours plus he is a bad police he dosnt know how to be a police.

For hiring, the hours needed should be 300 instead of 150. Also I don't really see why an essay is needed, anyone can throw together a bunch of crap and hopefully make it in, but eh who know's, that's why they are trials, if they don't do a good job, they will get fired, if they do good, they will be promoted so don't worry, I'm sure if Alkaren see's him doing a bad job, he won't be promoted to full Police.

I've never been on the forums since the summer,and it just got so much more idiotic since then. There must be 7 times the active members now since there was then. I was posting on my account (Knightoffrost). Anyway, this is most ridiculas, gangster only posted this thread because he wants to be police, on another thread he was like "Fire that guy adn replace him with me!!! I have way more hours then him hes a N00bie!@!!!@!##!" Or something stupid like that.There are to many spammers now to. 10 times the amount of 'idiots' then there were before. People like Gangster should be blacklisted from having any Graal2001 or graalonline job. And the moderators should be a bit more loose on banning people for periods of time over straight up stupid spam, swearing, and all the things that are against the rules.

When I first came to the forums I remember I saw you and other people posting stuff that pertained to Graal and such. Now it's just a forum with complete nonsense and people accusing other people of things. Have you ever seen any of Hero Mcdohl's threads? Fortunately (for some people) he is banned now. He used to whine at least 3 times a day about the staff on G2k1 and almost all of his posts atleast had 1 swear word in it lol. I wish the forums could be a happy place again, and people could stop flaming so much, everyone is different, they act different ways, if you think you're the best you have a serious problem.

Well, one of the main problems is that these boards are being used mostly by a bunch of kids, who want nothing but to get the most posts and have an avatar and title. And people 'flame' others a lot to because 1 they are immature kids and can't have anything physical happen to them. They wouldn't be saying such things to people in real life like this even if the concequence wouldn't be getten a punch in the face. Im happy to see who all the moderators are at the time though, luckily their all the 'oldbies' of the forums, and not the fools like gangster.

Unfortunately, neither you nor I can be hired Alkaren said :( :(. I don't know if that's as long as he is chief or for every other Police Chief that comes after him, hopefully it's just as long as he is the chief or maybe he just means like now but maybe in a month or two he may change his mind or something, I dunno, I'm not a psychic :p
