guild house

I have a guild in waiting and I would hope someone would be generous and make meh a guild house,I want a gloomy type atmosphere(preferably a castle,and or a forest type deal).Don't worry about scripts,just tell me what the NPC should do in the NPC and I will make that.I probably will pay somewhere in the range of 50 gralats but bonus' for anyone that does a good job

How big do you want it to be? Like how many levels?

4 or 5 levels would be mininum,max would be 10

what I want

All I want basically is a run down castle with trees and stuff and vines and crap like that in it.It has to have a gate (not a crappy gate.png thing).That opens for a specific guild (I know how to do that).A meeting room would be cool too.You basically make it what you want it to look like,but make it dark and gloomy
