If it were for a quick second I would understand, if it was for like 30+ or more seconds than I would imagine he was using a trainer/hacking.

Kohojogo (Ansgar) is no hacker. I know him from graal, hey, he's in my guild, and if he says he's not a hacker then I beleive him as a friend.

I don't know anything about what happened, but I'd say it was a misunderstanding caused by lag or other.
