Do You Think We Need A Lvl 4 shield?

I think we need a shield that allows you to go faster than lvl3 what do you all think?

no no no, because then people who get level 4 shields can run around PKing, giving even less of a chance to new players / good sparrers who haven't gotten items yet for some reason. people will hit someone, and run away with their level 4 sword once a comeback comes forth.

not to mention what gryffin said, too.

it'd be a pain in the ass.
