thats the whole point.
u can just PM a staff member there and they will ban him.

I wouldn't really do much about that on Classic. I would warn him, if he did it again, I would send him to detention.graal or gpwarning.graal, and if he did it again, he would be jailed. If he then did swear at me for a long period of time, then I would ban him.
