I don't see why not, since the new editor automatically saves it as a .nw when you save, you don't have a choice of the two.
|
Yes it has always been allowed
|
yea
|
in fact I think you can use pretty much any extension you darn want...

OR .gmap

or .nykohasmajor0wnageoveryourpoorsoul

Perhaps I'm just a fool, but why doesn't "sparringzone" work in .nw levels online
|
I think there REALLY needs to be a Level Generator for .nw files. I'm making a Kingdom for 2k1 (Which I hafta talk to you about, Stefan) and I had to go back, resave all the levels, then edit every single link...x.x

heh
I remember using .zelda files...that was just bothersome.
I normally save my levels as .graal, because for some reason, .nw lag offline sometimes :( (not always though). saving files with different extensions can help organize things too...like cave1-1.quest mike1-1.house dustari1-1.castle world1-1.field If i could start over...that's what i would do, but, I'm not gonna start over ;) |

i think .NW also have better Npc Usage because i remember one time when a npc only worked on a .nw file but not on a .graal
