Should CyberX be fired for the corrupt (In Dino Valley) and hacking and cheating (In other servers) he has done?

He deleted all the levels on Dino Valley and Cha Cha said he cheats and hacks so thats why I put the cheat and hack and I know he did that to Dino Valley because I saw him and he had FTP
