2k2 release date?
 

Is Graal2k2 still slated for a February 1st release, or has it been delayed?

I'm guessing it will be released late April or early May, but that is being optimistic.

I can wait! Even though I really really really want to play it! But by then I'll definately have a great graphics card so I can acutally play it :).

then how come you force players to do that same thing (release their world b4 its really how they want it)

I remember when Graal2001 came out last February. I read about it on the Classic page and was like *drool* so I bugged the hell out of Zero 33 until I finally tested it February 18th. Those were the happy days...*sniff* I miss em.

Hmm, I was expecting it the day that my Lyndzey8000 account runs out which is in like 10 days. 10 days until Graal2001 has been out for a full year. Why not hire more people to get it done faster? I really want it out :[

Its going to be delayed and delayed and delayed and so on.

This is great, my playerworld will probably be done by online before 2k2 is out.. Then we can watch everyone get on 2k2 for 10 minutes, then come back to my pw. :p

Well judging by the fact that 2k2 isn't developer friendly, it's going to be a turn off to lots of developer type people (graphics makers, level makers, etc)

My server will have lots of templates for things like clothing and accessories, so that players can make new designs and submit them to be added. Plus the fact that my world won't have 3d ground and big images for houses, I myself would love something like my pw compared to 2k2.. but I'm not going to judge for you..

I'm sure 2k2 will get plenty of people.. many just being there because of the hype and the fact that stefan is the man behind the server.

But psyker is right, it would be very cool to see people prefer my pw over 2k2 :D I just hope Stefan adds the new updates to Graal and put that as top priority before 2k2.. then I could get stuff done 10 times faster.

Better than having Police/FAQ/ET. I would kill Stefan if he made any of those on 2002.

Competition against itself? It's going to be p2p, it has to be with such complex stuff, it can only be a benefit for Graal
