You would disable it when you want to mess with your enemies, then reenable it when you're done if at all. Therefore, no.

The RC log was made so server owners and other high staff members can check up on any staff member that they think is abusing power, or verify/disprove complaints they get. Why would you want to disable it? I suggest that whoever is the owner of the playerworld that guy is staff on to check the rc log, he sounds like a power abuser to me.

RCLOG.TXT doesnt log the chat box, only the actions done by each RC Account.

He doesn't mean the RC Log as in rclog.txt, but the PM History you get in RC. See, if you get a PM in RC, it saves on your hard drive as /PMs/accountname.txt or something, the same way Graal does. So if you're on RC and I PM you about something, then you get another PM from me on your player account, it goes all pear-shaped.

So he wants an option for Don't save PMs is all.
