This is not really a light effect. It is actually just an img done using transparency. One of my GAT's made it for his place.
Would this be ok, it doesnt use any light commands or the light2.png either? (btw. dont steal idea)

hehe I used to look around to see things to put in levels (this was before light effects were available) and I always saw light and stuff .. then it came out on P2P pw's .. so this is just like a type for free.

I wouldn't call that a loophole since it's nothing but pixels, can't be used to light of the night etc etc...

There's a great animated lamp in the webgifs that's the best fake light effect I've ever seen. :p

I'd have it removed, but it isn't exactly a light effect, but it looks ALOT like one, except just an image.

If people were allowed to do this, they'd just screebshot light effects and make GIFs and PNGs out of it.
