Folder Rights

Okay, question. About the new RC.

If I am the owner of a PW, and my NAT's want someone who will upload their levels so they can test them, can I set the rights to a individual folder? And can that folder have levels that are accessible through warpto? Mazimus said that it is not possible, and I find it dumb that Stefan put in a feature that does not work.

What server do you own?

It's hypothetical =X

I am NAT Chief on Delteria, I just think me and the NAT Admin should have access to a special folder where we could test NPC's ONLINE, but Maximus (owner of Delteria) says it cannot be done.

Yes, it is possible. In folder rights, you use the following format:
rw folders/files

RW means read and write, and R means read only. Then you do a space and write the folder name, like levels, and then the viewed files they can edit. So it would go like:

rw levels/*.nw

umm

you can set up a staff interface kind of thing....
for web browser uploads...its slower, but you could give individual access. i think its called rtaccess or something...im not sure, i havent needed to use it in a while.

By the way, it's possible to warpto those levels, right?
