andyone know a program that can open Mng files or save animtaed stuff as Mng?

Animation Shop 3 can open and save to the mng format, it comes standard with Paint Shop Pro 7. I am sure there are other programs that can handle mng files as well but Animation Shop 3 is the only one I know that does off the top of my head. Visit http://www.jasc.com and download the 30 day demo version of Animation Shop 3 if you want. :)
