something i ask... From Stefan

well... when i had something like 300 days left of graal... my account got banned for a credit card problem... after about nearly 1 whole year... i finally got it unbanned. and i only have like 53 days left of graal... i was wondering if Stefan could reupgrade my account or something? cause i didn't really get what i paid for...

Why exactly did it take a year for the account to get unbanned? If you had to pay for it again, you should get a whole year's worth more time.

well... i asked unixmad to unban it for me... and he said ok, then after 1 day it wasn't banned, so i asked him again, he said the same thing. next week it wasn't banned... so i asked him one more time and he ignored me, so for the past year i have been trying to get somebody to unban it for me. and i finally got James205 who unbanned it for me ;

i got my one account banned, cause stefan said i hacked a CC number..:/ i guess you can call operation "asking my dad to upgrade it for me" is hacking...:rolleyes:

It's probably not hacking, but most likely either your dad or his credit card company claimed the money back. So why would they keep running your account if they don't get money?

Sometimes those CC problems are mistakes, so the account does not deserve to be banned forever. Also, we are talking about money, not your NPCs that you get to play with.

Just banning it temporarilily (long enough to take the p2p stuff away) would work. It takes forever for unixmad to unban it, and he's the only one that can, aside from Stefan. Or so I was told.

Greezi , if he was wrongly accused, is entitled to the time back ;) if i can be botherd ill go into the T+C and hunt down a loop hole for ya greezi im good with that sorta thing ;) YES I DO JUMP IN FRONT OF CARS AND SUE THE DRIVERS FOR MONEY (Excepton sundays, when im begging celebritys for money)
