I've been hearing word of account resetting on Classic... a total wipe maybe? Does anyone know anything about this?

I heart it was announced by a staff member within the game itself and that several (if not many) accounts were wiped. Mine however isn't wiped (in fact just yesterday I got my 15th heart!!!!!!!)

That is true. Some have suggested that we should have a reset because some people are hoarding lots of gralat. Like was posted on the main page a while back, what was that figure? 10% of the population owned 70% of the money or something like that.

We need more ways for newbies (by newbie I mean a person who is new to G2K1 the server) to make gralat on their own, without having to buy materials to get started.

Maybe a free pole and bait? like a stick+worm so they can earn money when they start ;)

If you REALLY want to know what I think, we are too focused on the economy aspect of G2K1.

Look at games like Everquest, they have the economy thing going on, but they also have LOTS of adventures, quests and things to do. I know that our quests are being worked on and I respect that, but I'm getting antsy!

Here is what I think we should do: we need to implement some baddies! Make it to where baddies will drop gralat say, 1 out of every 10 that you kill will drop 1 gralat. And of that 10% that drop money, 10% of THAT 10% will drop not 1, but 5 gralat. Something along those lines would solve the problem. At this point it's a real pain in the arse to make money on G2K1, and for what? There aren't even that many interesting things to spend it on yet.

Well what would be wrong with that? There are people on G2K1 who mine all day and get rich that way. If they choose to spend their time doing it, I don't see what is wrong. The point is though that anybody can do it (even though it would be a slower way to make money, well sorta)

not really...I kill 100 baddies, get 10 graalat..Killing 100 baddies doesnt take that much time..

killing 100 baddies would take a while to do if they were spread out, say over a 6-level area (and regenereated at a set pace)

It would be about the same amount of work that is required to catch 150lbs of fish, only you wouldn't need to buy a fishing pole and bait. Hmmm maybe drop it to 1 gralat for every 15 baddies

Maybe in the future each Kingdom will have its own Quest (anyone can do it but its just located in that Kingdom's region) each with its own heart.

nah, we need to add at least 2 more hearts then we can add the level 2 sword....and maybe the mirror shield
