Ban Evasion? Anybody knowing?
 

It' just strange that when someone is banned, he instantly goes on another account to complain. Doesn't that allow the staff to ban the other account also?
That also applies for the boards and if someone is jailed and if he/she is banned "unfairly" in his/her opinion, doesn't it?

I was never banned, I'm just using this account because I feel like it. I also have a Marle account and an Angel_Of_Serenity account I could use, but this one's better. :D

We have tried to tell that to Stefan and Unixmad several times but I don't think they care very much.

No, if they are banned from the game or from the boards, they shouldn't be allowed to use another account.

Do you realize that if you were unfairly banned you have no way to speak to stefan except email which I'm sure the "time consumed *****" stefan has plenty of time to read. I mean c'mon my teachers grade 100 reports quicker than stefan replies. Oh and stefan if you take offense to this, guess what it was dirrected at your lazy ass. You have paying customers who have just as much right (since it concerns money) to this game as you do. Paying games are required to avide by the internet laws and not creat your own even if it is stated (in small print) some where on your idiotic rules list.

Kumada i *used* to be able if i was banned avoid them because i had dial up, so unless they have dsl or cable it's pointless

Trust me, I'd catch ban evaders if I could ban at all.

I'm not a ban evader, I have to use this account because I am a victim of the system :(

Pretty much says it all.

The way I look at it, the person is not ban evading if he is using another account that is HIS(or Hers).

You'd have to delete/ban all of the person-that-you-are-banning's account, and him use someone elses to ban evade.

Kind of hard since people that have a dial-up conenction, there IP changes every time

He made that comment to save us from Ninjaturd or whatever, you act like a complte idiot twords him. If you get banned its your own fualt, there is a reson, and even if there is not, on graal admins are allowed to ban you for what ever reson, it states that on the tearms of agreement when you make an account. Message an accounts admin, [email protected], or any of the other staff, Stefan is not the only person who handels this, why do you think there is staff in the first place.

I find that rule a total paradox. They want to make more money yet they won't allow banned players to make new accounts? If I had to pay thirty something dollars to play Graal again because I was banned then I would find that punishment enough

Loriel your a friggen ***ot.......i got my account banned for 'ban evasion' because the account i that was banned in the first place was banned by you because my nickname was set to STEFAN and it was globally banned.....i just found out why you woudnt unbanned me!.....agelaos told me you dont have global powers newore HAHAHAHA
btw:im obviously aloud to use my 'zerothonline' account because stefan said he will unbann my ninjaterd accounts.......which means im not ban evasioning nemore !!!!!
