Staff 2001/2002 (Not Saying Anything Bad About Them)
 

I have talked to many people and we all think that 2001/2002 staff should be different people. Stefan should hire different staff for either 2001 or 2002. Not have them staff on both. Like BirdBird is Head Level Maker on 2001 but he is making levels for 2002. If Stefan were to hire new staff for 2001 alot more could be done then what is done. Please put your comments on this matter.

The graal 2002 staff has been choosen and many of those people worked or still do work for graal 2001 but they are not adding anything to 2001 because they are working on 2k2.
Stefan should hire someone like he has done with classic hiring Tyhm to conrol it.
This should happen with 2k1 and the person hired should have no other staffjobs anywhere else besides 2k1 and they are in complete control like Tyhm is with classic.

Even though I do not like Graal2001 or for that matter Graal2002, it does make sense to adhere to one project.

Almost the entire staff for 2002 will be new people. But yes there is some current 2001 staff working on it as well. To ignore all the really talented people would be folly. But, from my understanding you probably won't be seeing my as police chief on 2002.

How so? 99% of the people who work on 2002 also work on 2001.

Well i gusse it just because that Stefan know them from Graal2001 that he do it this way...
But still if no one get work at Graal2001 then the sever maybe close :(

Thats all I can remember but most of the Used too people did work on 2001 at one time and have a pretty powerful job. But they all pretty much quit them for 2002.

I think the whole point of this is that it's focused around staff that do things for the server such as graphics, npcs, and levels. Not staff like events team and police.

What is the point of having events team and police if there is no one playing on the server due to lack of updates? :o

Ok I don't like Konidas that much but I think he could turn around 2001. If Stefan just gave it to him like he gave Tyhm Classic I think Konidas could do best.

There are not enough talented trustworthy people with the heart and will to work on both 2002, 2001, and other Graal projects. They are in short supply.

At one point I had NC, RC, and FTP.. I never went on a corrupt rampage deleting files, or snuck out info to people about new projects. Yet I get mistreated by higher admins, isn't Graal lovely? :rolleyes:

But Konidas remember this the "higher people" of Graal think there cool. But yet they have been playing Graal for 2-3 years. So that tells you they have no social life at all. So let them be happy and cool on this game. B/c while the rest of us our out having fun with our real friends they can be treating other players bad on a game.

Except I'm not in complete control of Classic. I just make levels, and I'm not particularly afraid of being fired. But the GPs don't listen to me, the FAQs don't listen to me, it's not like I can replace the GP Admin and set policy on who can do local bannings.
What we need is Galen. Now that guy had power and authority. If he said something, even if he didn't have the power to do it, it'd get done.

I believe that people should dedicate their time to one server and not two, but if you are staff on two you need to contribute to them both. This was a big problem we had with konidias, he didn't do one thing for 2002 because he claimed to be working on 2001 all the time. Eventually he was banned from 2002, but that was after he sat on RC durring the first preview trying to take credit for other's work.
Birdbird and Loriel, on the other hand, are contributing to both servers. If staff is capable of doing this, why not let them?

And btw, I never worked on 2001, I just had global RC for a little while to help with account problems, and made that leet nuke NPC for the armmagedon :D

I wasn't taking credit for others work, you're so full of yourself, I HATE 2k2 and everything about it, why the hell would I claim I made stuff for 2k2, I would rather not tell people I was 2k2 staff. You need to get less big headedness and more brain.

I disagree a bit, I mean, Konidias even saw my e-mail's for elvel makers and adminted that almost all of them suck, he saw my side of the lat staff, The fact is, There are few people in graal that can do work, that are trusted, and have good taste and talent willing to work for free.

Konidias is very talented, but has very very strong opinyons and somtimes that got him too agravated and or upset, Konidias and I managed to work that out and work together to a degree.

People have different levels of tolerance, but some have too much or too little.

Really konidias, you need to calm down and stop trying to blame all of lifes problems on graal.

i remember a long time back attempting to try out but i just get ignored, i find staff who do that piss me off the most, not caring about others

I usualy ignore the applications with no attachments and sutpid remarks on them, and also, I don't reply to people not accepted unless they seriously did answer all the questions and did try their hardest.
