thats easy to make, he took a screenshot, cut the part he needed, made it darker (using PSP or something) then added the text and finally covered the text with a light green airbrush O_o

Nope Actually.. I took the snap, Then i uploaded it to Photo Shop. Did some text.. then i used lighting effects (Photo Shop Built in Feature) then did some funky stuff with Xenofex which is a plug in. Then whoop there it is
