P2p Scripts Offline

ther needs to be an offline mode to where uc an test the p2p scripts to know if they werk instead of having to put them on a server and test them it would help out greatly to the grallian community

Or, just include all the p2p commands in the editor so it doesn't come up with an error when you hit test!

They should just have a server in which everybody has ftp access and can edit all the levels, but they reset after 30 minutes.

a tester inside the NC-Control, database NPC, script editor would be quite nice
