Who raised it from 30 seconds, to 60 seconds? And why was it raised?

I've just been hitting it lately.

Really it doesn't lessen the ammount of spam that is post on the forums. :(

I can't believe that they thought raising it would reduce spam. More, if not the same ammount, spam, just would take longer.

how about make it so spammers have a 5 minute post thingy!

Raising the limit does not help spam at all. In fact, when I actually have something decent to post it irritates me more and wants me to kill the boards when I have to wait

It really irritates me,
i mean on the rare occasion that there are worthwhile threads,
i post then go to a different thread..
post..
have to hit back..
then wait...
then post...
and repeat for everything i need to reply to

it's really stupid. same with turning off the IMG tag everywhere but Graal main forum.

I don't. There are a lot of images I use on a regular basis, so I host them.
