The True Accounts of the New Zalactics...
Background - When Zalactics was first built, there was only one small section, in which you are able to explore. The rest of the labs were sealed off and could not be reached within the boundaries of the country. Instead, these labs were accessed by Tram systems build deep within the earth, connecting the 3 seperate labs with a short round trip. (Refer to previous mention of History if needed)
Specs - Each of the three labs contained different parts of research. The first built contained Genetic Testing and Creature study. The Second, and the north most, being at the north pole of the planet, tested Transportation using ancient technology found deep within the sea found near the small land mass. The Third tested out weaponry and strange devices using the help of the everwise Elder Bomies. In addition to the labs, there was also seperate research teams created to search different areas of the planet. Some investigated Forests, some mountains, and even underwater exploration.
Details of Lab 2- Being a transportation facility, it had to create vehicles to stand up to extreme colds, being situated in the north pole, sitting over a large crater with magma rising and falling periodically. Now then, upon created numerous vehicals that assisted the bomies and the humans, the researchers that were part of this field discovered a deep crevice within the deep caves of the north pole. Some of the famous vehicles made in this section of the labs were the BAES, or the Bomy Appendage Enhancement Suit/System, the Hover Barrel, and the Deep Sea Speeder, or DS2.
Details of Lab 3 - Despite being located in the middle of a desert, the third lab makes due by creating powerful weapons that are not normally given out to the public, such as the Zal Cannon that helped shoot the giant Bomy Moon away from the heavily populated city of Bomboria located in the Country of Greal in the Middle Hemisphere. They also have some access to some technology found from the acclaimed Ancients that piloted the ancient ship that crashed 2000 years ago at the north pole. Using this, they created the Prototype of the Zal Cannon and also a small portable beta version of the cloaking device. Other rumours hold that there was also a trans-world teleporter in order to search different planets. Yet, it is only a rumour.
Details of the Teams - The Research Team section is devised of three diverent Devisions, all taking on the role of an active organization branching off of the 3 main labs to explore different regions of the planet. The most important at this point, and is also being closly monitored by the people of Greal due to it's recent discovery, is the Zalac division, which studies the water life and deep sea habitats on the planet. This division has found a crashed ship of the same origin from the smaller one found in the northern regions. The only difference is the size and evidence that is contained in the new one.
The Ancient Ships- Details are sketchy at this point in time, but it is believed that the ships are approximately 2,000 Graalatian cycles old, or 2,000 years. The larger one, found by the Zalac, was believed to be a large mother ship for advanced life forms not unlike humans, while the smaller, found by the main organization of Zalactic Labs, was and is still believed to be an escape pod of some sort. It is still unknown if the creatures and lifeforms from these ships from a distant world are still living, but all hope on this part have been abandoned.
