Netscape is slow, buggy and incompatible with everything

I disagree completely.
In my case, IE bluescreens and freezes almost every time I try to use it. Netscape occasionally gives me an error or two. I have found it incompatible with a few forums, but nothing more than that. Also, so far, I haven't noticed any major bugs, and the Java support is far, far better than that of IE.

It really depends on your modem speed. I do not like netscape because it dosn't handle SHTML, Perl, PHP and CGI well.

Bess also blocks anysites that have downloads, free email, free webhosting, chatrooms, online games, and message boards.

But, I can get to these forums by going straight to http://forums.hypermart.net/forums at school =D. CUz they think they blocked them just by blocking the Graal2001 site. Either that or they don't know abou the forums.

Not every site with downloads... I've found quite a few sites with games and downloads that aren't blocked, like Vimm's Emulation Lair. However, the PCs at my school are about 4 years old, and need to be reformatted badly... every time I have to use them, I get 12+ bluescreens when I try to start a program. When I get an illegal operation in IE, the entire desktop goes, and I get an infinite number of bluescreens. Therefore, Bess doesn't bother me that much, as the PCs are unusable in the first place.

I'm just saying that that's the stuff Bess is supposed to block and that's why a lot of sites are blocked.
