Yeah, but they were originally used on graal2001, I think, making them property of it/p2p material. The playerworld management site states that non-p2p cannot have p2p images/effects, and that p2p servers can only have the images with permission...

How does someone know if its p2p material if that someone has never player graal2001?

They simply wouldn't have it if they haven't played graal2001. It wouldn't download into their webgifs.
