Why do most RC's just ignore you when you really need help....and what do they actually do...most of them have:

- sleeping
- away
DND!
- busy

and all those other fun little msg's that are unimportant.
If they don't need to do anything anymore just log off geez

you really only need 2 or 3 RC's to regulate the new main server

all we need for RC's is:

one with FTP access to make tags, update things, ETC.

one to deal with player problems

and one to do things like make sure there is proper edicate on graal by reading the toall's, masses, etc.

RC is a program, not a status or rank. thats like saying "we need an adobe photoshop to deal with ftp access, and a microsoft word to deal with player problems."

i think the RC can run in your system tray, but I'm not sure.

if it can that would explain why so many people just leave it online idly.

Also about the answering questions thing, well, an RC can have over 100 PMs at a time; but for G2k1 if they still dont answer you they're probably too lazy or away.
If there are only 30-40 people on the server, I would think a decent question would get a response in less than a minute.. but in my expierence, it hasnt..

deeto, i know it's a program, but that program enables them to do things normal players cannot, and they haven't really been doing anything with that program......i meant that the RC's should have differen't jobs to do with the programs

do you realize what you just said? you just stated that a program should do different jobs with itself. if you know that RC is not a rank or status, why do you refer to it as such?

oh and i dont think it is a problem for people to keep RC open while afk, it does not hurt anybody.

actually it does....when someone needs help and noone is around an RC is supposed to help.....yet they are AFK'd most of the time....and technically an RC is a positon...they are there to do a job and they don't most of the time

no, RC is NOT a position. and not everybody with rc has to help you. but, if it was their responsibility to answer your questions, what difference does it make if they are afk with the rc on or afk with the rc off? they are still afk either way.

ok deeto, i am not trying to argue, but they do have a responsibility to do things to help out graalians and most of the time they don't, i don't mean the RC's, mean the ppl that have the RC program

erm not quite. you dont get RC simply to help people. you get it because you might need it for something. such as LAT, they dont have to answer your questions. people with RC are not your personal FAQ.

i know that, some of them have it for no reason at all though......i mean why have RC powers if your not going to do anything with them....

I have like 75 emails in [email protected] and 100 and something in [email protected] so I am trying to sort them out while answering questions on RC as, "busy" I dont answer stupid ones like, "HEYSDS JUGFSJK!" I try to answer, "Hi!"

But I can also answer questions. I don't ignore.

RC should be given to people that deserve it, people that generally help and keep the Graal community in line.

Stefan should be more stringent to who he picks as staff members, and he should watch their actions.

Also he should get some "undercover" people to watch what they do...

You have a reason to have it, there should be a dedicated portion just for kingdoms...

Not to mention im willing to spend my time on graal making tags for all the kingdoms.
