Castle and light effects

Ive talked to the RP admin and he said i need a castle
so iam trying to make one to become a kingdom..

I need help whit light effects (as you can see it looks boring)
Whats the best color to have around the tourches? (1,1,1 - tell in numbers not the color)

And what more should i think about so it will be good?

hmm. the castle is pretty plain itself, but if you detail it with icy looking things (the light effects help, but the candles and the red vincent help don't) it may look better.
