Torch NPC
 

Now that when it's night time, it's actually dark (not that red color that burned my eyes) can we make the torch NPC a little bit brighter? I have trouble finding my way around Graal, especially when I am mining I don't know where my rocks are. It's just a small improvement that I think would help a lot. And don't ask me to turn my lighting effects off because I still like to see the effects :)

that would help and in the undegroung lake also its hard to find your way around

Yah...we need a lantern NPC, sold for 20G or something...I should try to make :)

lights up area in front of you, i have discovered that any black to white gradient image can be used as a lighting effect, so maybe something along the lines of the attached could be used

yea and flip that thing for other directions also and that would be leet!

all i had was "MSWORD" and "MSPAINT" sigh, microsoft doesn't make the beset GFX software, and it's pretty sad when their Word Processor makes better GFX than their Paint program

Just make it stronger. It does not help at all when I am walking around at 1:00 in the morning and having no clue where I am going

gani scripting the lights can actually be bright

yez =) maybe a new torch give? the current one looks akward

just a thought but can you make something like a campfire item or something that we can place down and will stay there for awhile? that way we don't have to keep the torch out while mining/ect:rolleyes:

Hmmm Yes can do something like the candy item,
which just makes light until someone touchs it
