so it's RPG maker games that can be played over the internet? that sounds cool. i used to make games with rm2k, but i lost the files in a virus and i got to lazy to download the 12mb rtp files again.

I've never even downloaded RPG maker in the first place. It's not too much fun on a 28.8k connection.

maybe good ol' Don Miguel will translate it into english, like he did with RPGMaker 95+ and RM2k =D

I've tried using the RM2K but never liked the battle system and too lazy to try and code a better one into it.

Anyway, this new rpg maker looks much better, I'm sure Don Miguel will get around to translating it (if he isn't already)

I never really worried about the battle system and used alot of preset things in it, cuz the only game I even really focused on making, was an rpg with racing and puzzles, and not very many battles. Altho I quit making it after a month of trying to make a racing system and I couldn't get it to work.
